This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Welcome to this split leveled house or split level for short. Enjoy its quaint charm with light colored trim and white clapboard. This house is perfect for a neighborhood street setting as would any other buildings in the town. One thing to trully favor is the broad wooden deck in the back. Go inside to see its open floor plan. There is an island kitchen with a two person island bar. Dining space is also available next to the sliders. Down the hall you will find three modest bedrooms with two full bathrooms.
