This old craftsman house is beleived to be Stickley influenced for you see many Gustav Stickly finishes throughout in its unique woodwork. Heck, it could even be a house designed by sir Gusatv himself! The side sunroom gives the home an asymetrical appeal. Come inside to large inviting rooms decked out in plaster and signature craftsman woodwork. On the right is a dining room and a kitchen. The left sees a living room with big fire place and a small den yet further. Double doors open into a sunroom. Upstairs are four bedrooms. Three family bedrooms and a servant's bedroom at back. The servant has his own stairway down into the kitchen and his own attic stairway. There is another sunroom upstairs. The basement is under the main stairs. There is a water closet on the main floor.
