House Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Though a small house to say the least, it is a cozy-looking craftsman style house in the Lake Paulwall development. There is another house of this same plan within Paulwall city limits but it is of traditional brick and minus the accents. This particular one is near the lake. Take a look around its homey exterior with stone accent and wood-clad siding. Definately not that cheap vinyl stuff that you'd commonly find within the city's limits. You also get a slate roof! Come on inside through a solid wood front door to a large foyer with a niche and a window seat. Beyond is a vaulted living and dining. The entire left side is the private quarters consisitng of 3 bedrooms and 1.75 baths. You also see a 2-car garage with sunburst garage doors. The rear is fairly contemporary but it still looks stylish. The house as a whole actually looks something like a vacation cabin... but it isn't.
