Cottage house in middle of forest Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Just a small cottage. Master bedroom is on the main floor, guest rooms on the second floor with a Jack and Jill bathroom. A plan that I saw in the paper, just thought that I would share it with you. Designed as a second home or a weekend retreat, this has 1159 sq ft on the main level, 784 on the second. Measures 30' X 40' in size. Also has a basement, not modeled. Rather unusual arrangement of the master bathroom. Going to take a break for now, catch you later. Bob
