Apartment Building Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 12 units make up this apartment block among a multi-building complex. The complex contains 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartments. This specific block contains 2 bedroom units. But wait! There's more! The kitchen is u-shaped, open living/dining, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, walk in closets, storage/ mechanical (includes water heater). It also includes breaker boxes, private ducts, fire extinguisher cases in the breezeways, and cool stairways on both ends of the building. The rooftop houses 12 air conditioners and an acess door. The ground floor has 2 storage units in which can be rented for those tenents who have more stuff yet, it is more expensive. Each apartment was constructed. Look into the windows. If you wish to furnish, each floor is on a seperate layer for easy access. Even though each unit is exactly the same, it looks kind of cool to see with the roof off.
