This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This house has been abandoned! Well, at least for quite some time! Anyway, you may tour this house by using the layers toolbar. There are a lot of interesting scenes within such as decay, rot, mold, and lots of water damage. First, peek into the windows before you turn of the roof layer to actually see the effects. Check out the ruined ceilings. Speeking of ruined ceilings, the dining room ceiling is all over the dining room floor! Most of the doors have been salvaged and windows broken. The front porch has vacant flowerboxes. Green mold surrounds the outside. The destruction you see is mostly a work of nature but some vandalism is present. This is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath craftsman. The basement access is in the center, coat closet inside front door, a guest suite, exposed beams, and much more. As I was notified, this house doesn't have groups nor components that would make it easy to edit. It probably should have but unfortunately, when I initially made this model (2008), it was long before I even knew of components/groups or of the Warehouse let alone know if anyone was going to edit the house or even see it for that matter. Sorry for the inconvenience. Nonetheless, I hope you enjoy this small cottage house and please rate.
