This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Same as original, except for a different stair and elevator configuration. Elevator size is increased to 1 X 2 M. Stairs are switchback design. Elevator door is right across from the tower door. This gives you a choice of stair designs between this one and the original. View is the rear elevation.
