This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Paulwall has an old granite clad city hall. It is known commonly as the community auditorium. Yes, there is a theatre-like auditorium in the rear with a stage, curtains, and skytower. The house has a seating capacity of 500, though the area is currently unaccessable at this time. There is a large seating balcony. though you can't go in, you can see where it exisits on the exterior walls. Paulwall is known well for its ambience in eclectic classical architecture in which you will find in abundance throughout this building. The city lot this building sits on is too small for the complete parking capacity so a seperate lot across the street suffices for it, not modeled here. Half of Paulwall's downtown is just parking lots. Okay, so besides the house in the back, the city offices are in the wings in front. The mayor's office is on the 3rd floor. The smaller building to the right used to be the city library but since they moved, it became offices for the departments of health and education. Ignore the geo-location. Thanks to the contributors for the greenery and google for the flag and dumpsters. everything else was by me. No city is complete without a city hall building.
