Mixed Use Free 3D model

This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 This is a small mixed use structure clad in brick and glass. The 1st floor was designed for a grocery store and two small shops. The condos facing the front are smaller than the ones facing the rear. There are eleven condos and feature floor to ceiling glass along with skylights. The front facing condos have a balcony along with french doors. The rear facing condos all have patio along with a green roof with grass acting as an elevated backyard.
