All objects can be removed/changed individually, as the One Family House.blend contains 55 objects. Also, you will find two .blend files. The only difference between the two files is that One Family House (no particle system).blend does not have any particle systems, which makes blender run without lags. The other file (One Family House.blend) has only 132,406 faces, but four particle systems. The objects for the particle systems can be found in layer 3. As a result it can be textured easily. It also contains the two light sources and the camera with all the keyframes used for the renders.

All the faces in both .blend files are triangles, so they can be used in every game engine smoothly.

The model was created in Blender v2.79 and rendered in cycles.
