Semiconductor carrier 19 x 19 mm reva 3 x 8 matrix

Semiconductor carrier 19 x 19 mm reva 3 x 8 matrix Free 3D model

Description

Material : Stainless Steel. Finishing : Satin Finish, Slightly Reflective , Debur & Break Sharp Edges.

This carrier , colloquially known as ' boat ' within the semiconductor industry is the metal carrier utilized during various semiconductor processes depending on respective assembly unit / sample sizes and production requirement(s).

19x19mm substrates / PCBs will be 'placed / rested' on these carriers.

These carriers/boats are the ones that will ' run / sail ' on machine conveyors undergoing various required processes.

Attaching these SMT and or other various semiconductor related processes machines in SERIES will allow a smooth carrier/boat passage via conveyors. This is a CAD demonstration of a Semiconductor Carrier 19 x 19 MM REVISION A , 3 x 8 matrix . The matrix here refers to the number / geometry of ' slots / holes ' available for a particular carrier / boat in ' one - go' .

Solder Paste Printing, Solder Paste Inspection, Die Attach/ Die Bonding, Die Placement Inspection , Reflow Soldering, Conformal Coating and SO MUCH MORE HIGH TECH PROCESSES IN A CLEAN ROOM ENVIRONMENT requires solid, sturdy, reliable, safe , easy-to-rework carriers in order to ensure smooth, fast , reliable and steady production.
