Detailed File Information This model was developed using the 50 percentile adult male, average height is 69.1" (175.5 cm), average weight is 172 lb (78.4 kg). The dimensions used to create this model are "normal" or mean for this age group. Human dimensions vary widely among the "normal" populations.The data was collected from "The Measure of Man and Woman: Human Factors in Design" by Alvin R. Tilley (Watson-Guptill Publications, NY, 1993).The model is made as a single Pro/ENGINEER part file, compatible with release 2000i and above. In order to simplify this model and reduce the regeneration time, the robot's limbs have been stylized as simple shapes, but within the normal human dimensions.The model has the following degrees of freedom (DOF):Head: 1Neck: 1Shoulder: 2Elbow: 1Hand: 2Torso : 3Pelvis: NoneHip: 2Knee: 1Ankle: 2
