I’ve spent the last year working on creating the most movie-accurate versions of Evolved Godzilla and Kong that I possibly can!
-Kong: The base model was created by 7Levels. I added hair particles, sculpted additional details, and created a new rig. My friend, Ember, also contributed by making a highly accurate beast glove entirely from scratch.
-Godzilla: The base model was developed by Infinity Ward, while the scales were sculpted by Bragus. Additional smaller details were by Owen Kellen’s G14 sculpt, which I baked into a displacement map and further refined by hand, using the displacement as a reference.
-Godzilla has 72K faces without Multires and with Multires he has 9.2Million faces
-Kong has 91K without Multires and Beast glove, With Beast glove and no Multires he sits at 227K faces. With Beast glove and Multires Kong sits at 4.2 Million polygons
