Model is done entirely in blender, from the modelling to the textures to the animating and rigging. Character’s UV is unwrapped, and the rigging includes plenty of complex controllers and constraints/drivers, allowing you to control the hood and hair as well as the eye size and limited control over hue and saturation values.
