Compact House 2 Free 3D model

A compact 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home designed around a modular pre-fabricated wall set with a single car garage.This model is intended as a general 3d design sample.

The first floor is dominated by the garage with a front entry alcove and a small storage/utility room. The second floor features a main common room, a 2nd multi-purpose room, a bathroom and kitchen. The third floor you will find 3 bedrooms and a bathroom.

This home was designed to be fit into high density compact residential areas with very little space on the sides between homes.
