This files contains 3D models of 2 type of bathroom that are : Sabbia and Siphonic .the main reason was behind creating these two models is to create a siphonic and Washdown animation to show to clients how they works .the models are available on blender type file and free .the topology is excelent , you will not have issue with it , the vertecies might be a little bit high in term of number and density but it will work fine in the render .
