Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 A partly-divided city. My second attempt at a city project. My first attempt had a large file size. I mean TOO LARGE file size. Please rate. Thanks a lot for the author of the houses and beach chairs. Everything else is mine. The houses are near the beach. I didn't used the word Beach in the name of the street because in the name of the street everyone uses it in the name of the street near the beach. My notebook is weird. It flies on 8MB and stubords on only 4.
