This 3D model was originally created with Sketchup 8 and then converted to all other 3D formats. Native format is .skp 3dsmax scene is 3ds Max 2016 version, rendered with Vray 3.00 Actually, this is a project from the fix-up request of ThunderCarpet2 from a derelict building he wanted to see renovated. so I renovated his building by totally stripping it down and redoing the fascade and the floors inside. The link shows the original project. In his building houses a coffee/ pastry shop on the first floor and four 2-bedroom apartments above. A community mural was painted for beautification. As an additional bonus, at free will, I tacked on some more vinatge storefronts from the original building to give it the main street downtown feeling. These buildings house vintage cornices and offices as well as mid-century modern storefronts. The actual buildings are turn of the century. Enjoy the buildings and add them to your Main Street in your city. The storefronts left to right: Coffee Shop, Barber shop, Space for lease, Second Hand Department Store. In the barber shop, Sketchup provides the seating and shelving, Cordelle made the register, and the other guy made the barber chairs. I know SmartFurniture was responsible for most of the shelves. There were some others but by now, I've forgotten :/ All cities house a downtown district. Please excuse the geographic location. It shouldn't be there. Enjoy and please rate :)
