It looks like a fantastic deal for some buildings but it is far from. The files are not complete and the mesh has so many errors that they need reconstructed in order to make them usable. Even when looking at them in Blender, the missing areas, mesh, and gaps are all over. They would take quite a while to remodel and construct to make them usable.
