Do not get roped into the 'free files' they offer by supplying photos unless you want to be attacked. Very Very poor customer service.

No, these are not AI-generated images — they were taken with my Nikon Z6. As a customer, I found your comment a bit rude. It’s really not worth my time to try to get free 3D models I wouldn’t normally purchase for my projects. There are plenty of other sellers on CGTrader, so I will just take my business elsewhere.

Sir in any conversation, we were not rude anywhere .
And first of all , we have asked the print photos of the purchased file i.e. labubu model where you have reviewd that you loved painting them .
Also if the file are clicked from your camera then there size must be 8 MB.

Hello,
I provided the photos you requested as a courtesy. As a customer, I am under no obligation to supply additional proof after purchasing and reviewing a product. I was doing your company a favor by taking the time to share my work.
To then be told the photos must be 8 MB and to imply they aren’t real camera photos feels both accusatory and unnecessary. I used my Nikon Z6 — these are not AI images, and suggesting otherwise is rude.
If sending photos results in this much pushback and drama over a few free files, then it simply isn’t worth my time. Please don’t ask customers for photos and then accuse them of being fake. It’s not a good look for your business.
I will also be updating my reviews to reflect this experience.
