DESCRIPTION

This is a 3D printed Marbel machine that you can print, paint and build on your own. Makes for a great ornament on your desk, living room, office, nightstand, or give as a gift, they will love it.

This marble machine can run 3-8 marbles inside, and the mechanism is quite interesting as it uses an outer ring gear to move reduction gears and a big spiral shaft that carries the balls upwards inside the lighthouse itself. Once this is running it is very fun to just watch.

You can also wire up some LEDs and give it a more lifelike feeling to the lighthouse itself. It´s very pleasant to see at night as well.

This model will require some electrical wiring, painting and some sanding and polishing might be required. If you have these basic skills then this one is a fun project for you!

I added an instructions manual with plenty of images on how to assemble the machine and where to order the non-printed parts like the glass dome, and dc motor. This makes this very straightforward to accomplish and build.

I used PLA as a material of choice because it is the most common and its the best to print this with as there are no warps while printing.Print settings I used were:

0.3mm nozzle0.18mm layer heightSupports: YES

I really hope you like this marble machine and that it wakes your interest as it did with me when I first designed it and build it myself.Thank you!
