Swamp creature. Just crwaled out of the swamp with either amphibian or lizard descent. With a sly smile, he's either looking to club your character or sell you a snake oil potion. Coarse skin of scales or warts. Scaled to 34mm but could easily be adjusted. 32mm scale but can be scaled to 28mm using a factor of 0.87 or to 54mm with 1.67. Prusa Slicer auto supports work well.
