Just some goof that I made when playing with a new brush. Feel free to use it for DnD or a cool little knickknack for your grandma's shelf.

This is my own design, there will be more to come and they will be grody.

If it's for DnD, and you don't know what it is and don't want to go through the trouble of making something up for her, here's my own context for her.

Yes, it's a she. She's a wraith in a form of a hellish frog, straight from the underworld. Think of her as a sphinx that gaurds treasure, who sits motionless until visited by an intruder. She can leap, crawl, and spit. The gem on her forehead is used for hypnotic effects, such as sleep, illusions, and blindness. To fight her, you need either sunglasses of some sort, or just don't look at her head. Her skin resembles that of a poison tree frog, so any skin contact is toxic. Her weaknesses are the same as any mortal, let it be impaling, shock, freeze, whatever kills any living thing. Except fire. She's from hell so she's immune to any fire damage. Definitely go for the gem. The organ on her neck is exactly what you think it is, and she can use it to spawn (project) other enemies. You decide what those spawns are.
