Recommended material - silver or gold!

Approximate metal weight (for ring 17 mm): gold 14k – 4.1 grams; gold 18k – 4.9 grams; silver 925 Sterling – 3.3 grams.

Approximate metal weight (for ring 21 mm): gold 14k – 5 grams; gold 18k – 5.9 grams; silver 925 Sterling – 4 grams.
