I recently completed a 3D ring model that embodies an organic and fluid design, achieved through the use of Rhino 8. I started by exploring the potential of SubD surfaces to create a smooth and continuous flow, which is essential for capturing the natural forms I aimed for. The ring features subtle curves that blend seamlessly, giving it a soft yet dynamic appearance.

To further enhance the organic feel, I incorporated elements inspired by natural patterns, using the Parakeet plugin to introduce a delicate texture. This texture adds depth and complexity to the design, making the ring visually interesting from every angle.

I paid special attention to maintaining a balance between form and function, ensuring the ring is not only aesthetically pleasing but also comfortable to wear. The band gradually tapers to provide a secure and ergonomic fit, while the top of the ring showcases the intricate details that set this piece apart.
