You can scale the ring to fit your and your partners finger. Suitable for 3D printing (such as sls, sla, fdm) and wax casting.

If you want to print the ring with an fdm printer I recommend to print the model in two halves. For this purpose I have added a halved model. Printed with the inside down you can get the support structure out well. Then you can glue the two parts together with the nice sides facing out. My test print with a 0.2 nozzle and 0.1mm layer thickness turned out very nice.
