Each model maintains clean geometry, accurate band proportions, and smooth edge transitions for flawless printing and casting. All rings are provided in STL format and designed to suit 22KT jewelry manufacturing standards. Ideal for expanding jewelry catalogs or producing custom orders.

All rings in this pack have an inner diameter of 17 mm and are structurally optimized to achieve an approximate finished weight between 2 grams and 3.5 grams in 22KT gold, depending on design variation.

Manufacturing Instructions

Designed for high-resolution SLA/DLP resin printers.

Recommended layer height: 0.02–0.04 mm for smooth curves and sharp V-line definition.

Use castable resin suitable for direct investment casting.

Maintain sprue placement at the inside shank to minimize visible cleanup.

After printing, clean thoroughly, then follow the standard burnout cycle for castable resin.

Casting compatible with 22KT, 18KT, and 14KT gold as well as silver and platinum alloys.

Light finishing and polishing recommended to preserve the integrity of the V-shaped design.

Maintain the internal 17 mm diameter during resizing to avoid distortion of the V pattern.
