I called this model Adelaida. The vibe as i see it is something between Gothic and Art Nouveau. Decorated with three 3 mm diameter diamonds. It will look good with silver\whire gold and dark sapphires. There is no hoop for the chain, instead there is a space between the two crcle elements for it.
