Design Shape: Cruciform pendant with beveled, three-dimensional arms. Each arm features sharp angular edges for a defined geometric profile.
Dimensions: Cross arms proportioned symmetrically; thickness and bevel depth optimized for durability and visual prominence.
Material: Solid gold body (CAD model prepared for casting in 18K or 22K gold, adaptable per manufacturer’s alloy requirements).
Stone Setting: Central channel along each arm designed to seat small round brilliant-cut diamonds. Stone seats modeled with precise prong/channel geometry to ensure secure setting and alignment.
Surface Finish: Polished bevels with flat planes for high reflectivity; inner channels modeled for smooth stone placement.
Chain Attachment: Integrated bail loop designed to accommodate square-link gold chain. Bail dimensions optimized for strength and smooth chain movement.
Manufacturability Notes:
Mesh repaired and watertight for direct STL export.
Tolerances adjusted for casting shrinkage and stone setting clearance.
Scaled for both imperial and metric unit workflows.
Ready for CAM toolpath generation and wax/resin 3D printing.
