Internal portion of model is hollow and a thickness of 3mm is given to its wall. Hence keeping the strength for model and also decreases the filament usage.

No, spikes were made on head as that can harm wig. 3D printed model itself is made with the layers of filament. There are gaps present between layers, hence making the surface of model rough. The roughness of model is Sufficient to hold the wig at its place. For 3D printing this model I would suggest to Print this model with ABS or Carbon filament.
