Professional triple safety jewelry clasp ready for 3D printing and casting. Designed for bracelets and necklaces with a secure and reliable three step locking system suitable for fine jewelry production.
This clasp features a primary push in tongue mechanism with internal snap fit for the first level of security. The second level is a manual side safety latch that locks the insert firmly in place. The third level is an external rotating safety clip that provides additional protection against accidental opening.
The model is engineered with proper mechanical tolerances for metal casting in gold or silver. Internal clearances are optimized between 0.15 and 0.25 mm for smooth movement after casting. The sliding system is designed to provide a precise and secure click closure.
Minimum wall thickness is between 0.8 and 1.0 mm depending on the selected metal. The clasp is suitable for SLA and DLP resin printing and optimized for lost wax casting. Corners are rounded internally to reduce stress and improve durability.
The design includes a compact rectangular body approximately 12 to 18 mm in length. The locking tongue thickness ranges from 0.9 to 1.2 mm. The top surface can be used as a plain polished finish or prepared for stone setting such as pavé diamonds.
Files include STL format ready for production with separate parts version and assembled preview version. The mechanism is practical, durable, and suitable for luxury tennis bracelets or high end jewelry pieces.
