DESCRIPTION

I developed a fully functional 3D model of an airflow redirector for a client’s car ventilation system. The task required creating a precise design in Fusion 360 based on the dimensions of the existing air duct, ensuring a perfect fit and reliable performance. The workflow included:

Translating client measurements into a parametric CAD model

Designing a compact and durable geometry for smooth airflow redirection

Preparing the model for additive manufacturing

3D printing a test prototype and verifying fit and functionality

This project demonstrates my ability to take an idea from concept to reality—covering CAD design, functional optimization, and prototype validation. It also highlights my skills in parametric modeling, problem-solving, and communication with clients to deliver effective solutions for custom automotive components.
