DESCRIPTION

The TRX4 Servo Eliminator is 100% designed by myself.

The purpose is to eliminate 1 of the 2 diff lock/un-lock servos,it also enables the user to easily use there own receiver and frees up a channel.

When I was designing this part I made sure to use existing hardware from the original bracket because I didn't see the point in needing special hardware for something like this, and thankfully it worked and only took 13 tries lol.

To install:

  1. Remove battery tray and existing servo holder
  2. Mount one servo in the new bracket, with the white stem of the servo centered between outer posts
  3. Install bracket (with servo) using the same screw holes as old bracket4.Assemble servo horn (see pictures)
  4. Center servo, then mount servo horn (see pictures)
  5. Attach black cable casing ends to the outside posts of the bracket, secure with existing screws
  6. Attach cable ends to ball joints on servo horn
  7. Reinstall battery tray

3D printing settingsPrinted on an Anet A8Filament: PLA, more then strong enough for this partInfill: 20% but you can go higher if you prefer

The base for the servo holder is on an angle due to the tight space it has to fit, therefor what I do is move the part up about 2mm and have supports fill in the space underneath

The servo horn can be printed flat
