Reusable BIG filter cartridges for 3M UNIX MSA JETTA NATO 40mm 3D print model

A set of BIG reusable cartridges i developed during COVID pandemia. Designed to be compatible with standart Cotton pad 56mm Diameter.

Kit includes mounts for Mask Brands: 3M (Jetta Safety) UNIX (MSA Safety) NATO (NATO 40MM, USSR GAS MASKS, 40mm round thread)

Template for material cut is included. Material up to 12mm thikness can be inserted. PLUS you can add extra material Inside the mount part upto 15mm thickness/ I recomend carefuly choose material and ita ammount so that you could breath through it.

Kit also includes a protection cap for indirect air flow. It will protect your filter material against splashes.

Printing recomendations: Print with 0.4 nozzle PETG material for maximum strength and reliability. (abs doesnt like threads and can crack when overtightened)
