I am having a problem printing the fuselage parts. The center part of the fuselage keeps tipping over. I tried using a brim on the parts, but it still did it. The other parts of the fuselage print okay, except I think the very top edge of the tail fins isn't completed because the one section tips over.

Hello! Sounds like an issue with printing bed adhesion. I'd try using a raft for those pieces so that they are better supported and less likely to fall or break off from the bed during printing.
