Are your bosses broken on your Up Mini2 toolhead? This can cause rattles which lead to bad prints, but also, in our case, damage the wires causing heating issues.In this replacement part I have thickened the bosses slightly to make them stronger.Printing requires support material. I flipped the part to have the support material on the top surface where dimensional accuracy is not critical.As you can see in the photos and video, this resolved our printer issues with great success.
