Exclusive 3D print file (1:22.5 scale) of a sandwich-type industrial hall, suitable for model making – suitable for G-gauge.

This is an industrial hall with a sandwich construction.

The doors can be mounted so that they can be opened and closed. However, you will need M2 x 6mm screws as rollers so that they function as gate rollers in the slide rails.

The model can be assembled using the modular principle and is suitable for outdoor use. Suitable for LGB and G-gauge models.

The model can be scaled as it is a high-poly model.

In its current configuration, the assembled object measures 2296 mm x 940 mm x 404 mm!

• A 3D Print is a physical printed version of a 3D Model from a 3D digital file uploaded to the Cults website.
• The designer is the copyright holder and author of the licensed 3D model.
• The Licensed Rights mean the rights granted to you under the terms of use set forth in this License, limited to the copyright applicable to your use of the licensed 3D model that the designer(s) is/are authorized to grant.
• The term distribute means to make available to the public by any means or process that requires authorization under the Licensed Rights, such as reproduction, public performance, distribution, broadcasting, communication, or importation, including in a manner that allows anyone to access it from a place and at a time of their choosing.
• The term you (Licensee) refers to any natural or legal person exercising the rights granted by the License. The terms your and yours also refer to the Licensee.

• for the sale, distribution, sharing, donation, exchange, copying, modification, or adaptation of the 3D digital files of the Licensed 3D Model.
