Model Railway - Low Bridge Abutments for Single or Double Track 3D print model

Low Bridge Abutments with wing walls for Single or Double Track ideal for road under an embankment or similar, this has been based on the Needham Bridge.The Needham bridge is only 2.3M (7' 6") tall under the railway line.

The wings come in two forms, 10 degrees or 40 degrees from the road, and allow for two different scenarios. These are also printed separately from the main bridge brickwork.The main bridge brickwork comes in two versions for single or double track.

Note: this is not a complete bridge as it is just the abutments.

These items have been designed at OO gauge, 1/76.2 scale.For HO Gauge print at 87%, 1/87 Scale,For O Gauge UK print at 175%, 1/43.5 scale,For O Gauge International print at 158%, 1/48 scale,for N Gauge UK print at 51.5%, 1/148 Scale, (Caution: I have not test printed this in N gauge scale).

I recommend printing these items on a 3D resin printer to get the best resolution print, this design is also suitable for FDM printers (Not tested). As per normal with my designs, there is a balance between accuracy and printability, hopefully not affecting the design of the model too much.

I use AnyCubic Water Washable Resin for most of my items but use AnyCubic ABS Like Resin for anything that needs to be stronger and tougher.
