Including Zbrush file with subdivision levels (.ztl) and a 3D print ready model (.stl). Below are the dimensions. Note that dimension can be adjusted using Zbrush 3D exporter add on. For resizing, you'll need to decimate the zbrush model, then go to 3D exporter and change the size before exporting. Let me know if you have any issue.
