This project was a collaboration between me and a talented young artist David Eyberman, and we are very very very happy with how this one turned out.
The idea was to imagine Darth Maul in a training ground situation :) As you can see, the statue is made in super high detail - it even has skin details and cloth details :D The original mesh if exported in full quality would be about 1 GB in size, ofc that would crash all slicers, so i had to reduce the mesh quality a bit to bring those numbers down and make it usable which it now is.
I included both a fully combined body and body sliced in half :D get it ? :D . Well, in 4 parts :) Fully combined body is still a bit larger in file size (115MB) due to all the details, but it will now load in any slicer without problems.
** Another important thing to keep in mind ( only if it happens for some slicers) : - due to all the cloth details , on the fully combined statue, your slicer might give you errors - in fact there are no errors, and the files are completely 3d printable without errors, so you can ignore slicer warnings I even repaired it in prusa slicer and meshmixer, and here and there an error message pops up, but not always, so in case it does , you can ignore it :)
Given the details it is better suited for resin printing but i'm sure you can get away with filament printing as well (altho resin printing is recommended ) :)
