An additional variation as seen in the animated Clone Wars series which interlocks with one of Darth Maul's original double-bladed lightsaber hilts. This additional lightsaber design was originally conceived from concept art intended for Sith Acolyte Asajj Ventress, however the design was repurposed for Maul’s updated lightsaber in season 7 of The Clone Wars. This scale design is inspired from concept art images.
