I used 0.08 mm layer height for the thread. Where the exit holes are located (from the base of the model up to 18 mm) is recommended to also use a small layer height (again 0.08 mm in my case) for good definition of the aire passage geometry. Rest of the body can be 0.25 mm for example. 100% infill, but you can try with less. I used 6 perimeters.
