I created this eye support piece to put behind the eyes of a silicone/TPE love doll in place of the cotton backing they are shipped with. The eye measurement fits a standard off the shelf 26mm hollow eyeball for a BJD or love doll. This simply holds the eye in the looking forward direction. Note the fit will not be exact as it must account for manufacturer differences, as such I suggest painting on a thin layer of silicone to mount the eye to it with a molded fit. In any case it works for what it was designed for, supports the eyes in a squishy love doll without letting their sharp edges cut into inside of the doll's eye cavities.
