Short lever for QS-S4 thumb throttle Free 3D print model

The QS-S4 standard index finger throttle interferes with the brake lever, so I think many people have replaced it with a thumb operated throttle. However, the thumb-operated throttle lever is long and large, which limits the mounting position on the handlebar of the folding mechanism. Therefore, we designed a short lever. There are two types of finger operation parts, narrow and wide. The lever angle is adjusted to reduce the dead zone at the beginning of opening the throttle by about 10 degrees.

A hexagon socket head bolt M4x20 and an M4 nut are required for installation.
