The figure is totally unfinished, it lacks a lot of precision and detail, many parts are poorly made or unfinished. You should rethink giving a better quality to your products, since it is disrespectful to your customers to give an unfinished product, you should finish the model and make an update by redesigning the parts that are poorly finished.
