Shin Heart Mask is a distinctive mask worn by the character Shin in the series Dorohedoro. This mask is shaped like a human heart but is usually worn upside down, with the front part of the heart facing backward. It has two eye holes cut out at the back, allowing Shin to see while partially hiding his identity. Without this mask, Shin is a blond man with blue eyes, often wearing glasses and a suit with an untucked white shirt and sneakers.
