Nipple vise - clamp your darling

Nipple vise - clamp your darling 3D print model

Description

I would like to share with you this amazing design for all of you interested in the special connection between pain and pleasure. This is a nipple vise for your self, your darling or your playmate. Just open it up, slip whatever body part you see fit in the opening and slowly tighten the screw to see your subject start wincing in pain as the spikes presses deeper and deeper into their flesh.

For extra painsure (pain/pleasure), hang some small weights from the handle to increase the fun.

Included in the bundle is one narrower set of vises and one a little bit wider to make it a bit easier to grab and insert the subject into the vise.

Main body: Has both internal and external threads, the body should be printed laying down as in the image, with the moving spikes (clamps) placed inside the body so that it can be printed in place. The opening for the screw on the moving part should face the threaded opening of the body (of course).

Infill: 15-50%, anything will work more or less. No need to print 100% infill here, the forces will most likely not be that great.

Layer height: 0.2 - there are some clearances of 0.5 mm, so make sure your printer is dialed in before trying.

Supports: Can be printed without supports, but the rounded ends of the moving part will be deformed. I use Prusa Slic3r and just add supports to the very ends of that part so only the bottom of the rounded section gets support. No other support is needed.

Handle: The handle should be printed standing up, with the threaded rod going upwards

Infill: 100%

Layer height: 0.2

Supports: A tiny bit of support is needed for the outer ends of the clamp, the round parts. Can be a bit fiddly to achieve, but it should work out if you are careful.

Hi! The instructions states that the clamps/spikes should be printed inside of the body. That way they can never come out, but still move freely within the body. "The body should be printed laying down as in the image, with the moving spikes (clamps) placed inside the body so that it can be printed in place. "

the model is not very well optimized for 3d printing at all, I will be making modifications to it in order to actually use it.
