Lumar Toy Powerhouse Crane Wheel to repair or replace toy crane wheel. Not exact match, but close copy, redesigned to be easy to print. There is a solid hub, and a split hub, along with a tyre. The solid hub and tyre maybe combined into a single print, which can be printed in the same material, or with dual extruder for different colours/materials. The split hub makes it easier to print and assemble, especially if your are printing using single extruder, and wish to make a dual material print. The best and cleanest result is to print the tyre in TPU with low infil to achieve a flexible rubber tyre, and the split hub in a more rigid PLA. Locating lugs are used on the split hub to achieve alignment on the axle. Designed for 5mm axle.
