Measuring Instructions

Default model size is scaled for Labudu figures (~12 cm height).

You can freely resize in your slicer to fit miniatures, 1/6 scale figures, or full cosplay helmets.

To scale correctly:

Measure the head diameter of your figure or mannequin.

Match the inner diameter of the helmet to your measurement in the slicer.

Printing Instructions

Print orientation: Upright for minimal support use.

Supports: Light supports recommended under the brim.

Infill: 15–20% for figures; 100% for durability in cosplay use.

Layer height: 0.16–0.2 mm for FDM, finer for resin printing.

Finishing Tips

Sand and prime for a smooth metallic finish.

Paint in classic steel gray, matte black, or aged weathering for realism.

Add toy-style bright colors or patterns for a playful Labubu crossover effect.
