Kanye West Donda is the tenth studio album by American rapper and producer Kanye West, released on August 29, 2021. The album is inspired by Donda West, Kanye’s late mother, and represents a deep connection between Kanye, God, and the memory of his mother, who passed away in 2007. This project is considered a conceptual album that narrates Kanye’s transformation into Ye and how his mother continues to live through him.
